Role Overview: We are looking for an AI Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to build and ship AI-powered products at Wedigtech and across the ventures inside our studio. This is not a traditional dev role — you will work directly with the founder, use AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor) as a core part of your daily workflow, and ship features for live client projects AND our own products from week one. You will design APIs, build frontends, wire up LLM features, and own what you build end-to-end — not just push tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹  Design, build and ship full-stack features across the MERN stack — React on the frontend, Node.js/Express on the backend, MongoDB as the primary data layer.

🔹  Build and integrate AI features — LLM calls (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq), RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant), prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

🔹  Use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) as your default workflow to generate, refine, review and ship production code faster — this is mandatory, not optional.

🔹  Design and build REST APIs (and GraphQL where it fits) with proper auth (JWT, OAuth), rate limiting, validation, and error handling.

🔹  Build responsive, accessible Angular interfaces with reusable components, state management (NgRx / Signals), and clean routing.

🔹  Model MongoDB schemas thoughtfully — indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning for scale.

🔹  Work directly with the founder on product spec, trade-offs, and architecture — not just handed JIRA tickets.

🔹  Ship features for live client projects and our own ventures — same week, often same day.

🔹  Write clean, documented, well-tested code. Participate in code reviews across the stack.

🔹  Deploy and maintain applications on cloud (AWS / GCP / Vercel / Render) with basic CI/CD discipline.

What We're Looking For:

✅  2–3 years of hands-on full-stack experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React Js, Node.js) — ideally shipped to production, not just coursework.

✅  B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent from a reputed institute (Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 preferred). Portfolio and GitHub matter more than the resume.

✅  Strong React expertise — components, services, RxJS, forms, routing, state management, and performance basics.

✅  Strong Node.js + Express — building REST APIs from scratch, middleware, auth, validation, and async handling.

✅  Solid MongoDB — schema design, Mongoose, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and knowing when NOT to use NoSQL.

✅  AI-first workflow — you use AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) daily and can demonstrate how. This is mandatory.

✅  Hands-on experience building at least one AI-powered feature in production or a serious side project — LLM integration, RAG, chatbot, agentic workflow, or similar.

✅  Comfort with Git, GitHub workflows, and basic CI/CD.

✅  Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript — closures, async, typing, and ES6+ patterns.

✅  Good written and verbal English. You will interact with the founder, clients and designers directly.

✅  Onsite at Jagatpura, Jaipur — five days a week. This role is not remote.

Good to Have:

🔹  Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.

🔹  Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector) and embeddings.

🔹  Experience with Angular or Next.js alongside React — we work across stacks for different ventures.

🔹  Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, and basic DevOps.

🔹  Open-source contributions, side projects, or a public GitHub showing consistent building.

🔹  TypeScript on the backend (NestJS exposure is a plus).

🔹  Understanding of WebSockets, real-time communication (Socket.IO), and background jobs.

🔹  Familiarity with monitoring/observability — Sentry, LogRocket, OpenTelemetry basics.

This Role Is NOT

⚠️  For someone who treats AI coding tools as a side experiment. If you're not already using Copilot/Claude/Cursor daily, this isn't the role.

⚠️  Remote or hybrid. This is a five-day onsite role at our Jaipur office.

⚠️  A pure Angular front-end job or a pure Node.js back-end job. You will own full-stack features.

⚠️  Right for someone who needs a fixed JD and detailed daily tasks — scope shifts often at a venture studio.

⚠️  A role where you'll be shielded from the business. You'll talk to clients, see roadmaps, and influence decisions.
