To use our platforms, you must:

• For employers, you must be authorized to represent your company.

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and updated information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.

To ensure platform safety and trust, Naukricart may require identity or business verification:

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Misuse job seeker or employer data for spam, harassment, or unauthorized marketing.
• Interfere with platform security, servers, or functionality.
• Create multiple fake accounts or impersonate others.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

Some features may require payment (premium listings, employer tools, ads).

• Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways.
• All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
• We do not store full payment card details.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but give Tylect a license to:

• Use, display, store, and process your content to operate the platform.

You must ensure your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others.

Our services may integrate third-party tools, we are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate the Terms
• You submit fake information during verification
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Required by law or government authorities

You may delete your account anytime through platform settings.

We provide services "as is" and "as available."

We are not responsible for employer decisions, job seeker qualifications, or third-party actions.

To the extent allowed by law:

• Tylect is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages.
• Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the last 3 months.

Subscription Activation: Once you successfully complete the payment and purchase any Naukricart subscription plan, your services will be activated immediately. You will gain instant access to the features and benefits included in your selected plan without any delay.

Instant Access: After subscription activation, you can start using the Naukricart platform right away. Job seekers can explore and apply for verified job opportunities, while recruiters can post jobs, access AI-powered candidate matching, and begin shortlisting profiles instantly. Whether you are a new user or renewing an existing plan, access remains seamless and uninterrupted.

Confirmation and Account Setup: Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with details of your subscription.

Customer Support: If you face any issues or have questions related to accessing or using Naukricart services after subscribing, our support team is here to help.

Changes to Subscription: You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately after confirmation and successful payment, giving you instant access to the updated features and limits of the new plan. Any unused amount from your current plan will be adjusted against the new plan, and you will only need to pay the difference.

Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your Naukricart subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. In case of a transaction failure or unsuccessful wallet deduction, the full amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
