About the Role

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of B2C sales experience. The candidate should be confident in customer handling, lead generation, field visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, field visits, networking & references.

• Identify and approach potential customers.

• Conduct customer meetings and product discussions.

• Understand customer requirements and promote Veeam solutions.

• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closure.

• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales.

• Experience in Veeam / IT / Software domain preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable with field visits and regular travel.

• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is an added advantage.

🕐 Working Details

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday
Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy
Incentives: Applicable as per company incentive structure
