About the Role:

Whizlancer is seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI & Robotics Trainer with 2-5 years of experience to join our R&D Department. This role is critical for our mission to empower the next generation of innovators in the rapidly evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. As an AI & Robotics Trainer, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering cutting-edge educational programs, focusing on core technologies such as Python, advanced Artificial Intelligence concepts, hands-on Robotics, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and practical Robotics Programming. This position exists to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring our learners gain the expertise needed to excel in these high-demand industries within an educational context.

Role Overview:

As an AI & Robotics Trainer at Whizlancer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, project-based training modules for our students. Based onsite in Gorakhpur, you will guide learners through complex concepts, foster a problem-solving mindset, and provide practical experience with real-world AI and robotics applications. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a skilled workforce capable of innovating and implementing solutions in AI and automation, aligning with our commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and update comprehensive training curricula and materials for Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Generative Artificial Intelligence.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Python, Robotics Programming, and related AI/Robotics topics to diverse groups of learners.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to students on practical projects, ensuring a deep understanding of concepts and their application.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet varying learning styles and needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and industry trends in AI, Robotics, and Generative Artificial Intelligence to keep course content relevant and cutting-edge.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and methodologies into existing and future training programs.

What You'll Work On:

• Developing and refining practical, project-based learning modules that simulate real-world challenges in AI and Robotics.
• Creating interactive demonstrations and lab exercises utilizing Python for AI model development and Robotics Programming.
• Guiding students through the implementation of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and Generative Artificial Intelligence applications.
• Facilitating hands-on workshops where students build, program, and test robotic systems.
• Fostering a dynamic and collaborative learning environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs or educational content.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning modules for diverse audiences.
• Experience in guiding learners through practical, hands-on projects and exercises in AI and Robotics.
• Familiarity with research and development (R&D) processes for curriculum creation and content updates.

Technical Skills:

• Python: Expert-level proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, data manipulation, and robotics programming.
• Artificial Intelligence: Strong command of core AI concepts, machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Robotics: Solid understanding of robotics fundamentals, including kinematics, dynamics, control systems, and sensor integration.
• Generative Artificial Intelligence: Practical experience with Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, VAEs) and their applications.
• Robotics Programming: Proficiency in programming robotic systems, with experience in Robot Operating System (ROS) or similar robotics middleware.
• Experience with relevant simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, CoppeliaSim) and hardware platforms.

Professional Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical learners.
• Strong pedagogical and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating learners in a classroom or virtual setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions and provide effective guidance.
• High degree of adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with rapidly evolving AI and Robotics technologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Prior experience working within an IT Services or Consulting environment.
