E-commerce Operations Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support the daily operations of JAYVÉRA, a premium skincare brand.

This is a part-time remote role where you'll help ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, product listings, and customer support across our e-commerce platforms. You'll work closely with the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

•  Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with shipping partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and customer queries.
• Assist in managing offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a plus but not mandatory.
