Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to support the daily operations of JAYVÉRA , a premium skincare brand. This is a part-time remote role where you'll help ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, product listings, and customer support across our e-commerce platforms. You'll work closely with the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms. Process customer orders and coordinate with shipping partners. Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records. Handle order tracking, returns, exchanges, and customer queries. Assist in managing offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Coordinate with the marketing and warehouse teams for smooth operations. Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience in e-commerce operations is a plus but not mandatory. Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)
