Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Interior Designer with 0-3 years of experience to join our creative team. This full-time, hybrid role in Vadodara offers an exciting opportunity for an emerging talent to contribute to innovative design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with senior designers, honing your technical and creative skills in a collaborative environment while bringing fresh perspectives to our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
• Create compelling 3D models and high-quality visualizations with Sketchup and 3Ds Max.
• Conduct thorough space planning to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal for various interior environments.
• Communicate design concepts, ideas, and proposals effectively to clients and internal team members.
• Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting fixtures, ensuring alignment with design vision and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team on all phases of a project, from initial concept development to final installation.
• Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and design documentation.

What You'll Work On:

• Conceptualizing and developing innovative design schemes for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Producing high-quality presentation materials including detailed floor plans, elevations, renderings, and construction documents.
• Collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and translate them into practical and beautiful designs.
• Researching and staying updated on current design trends, materials, and industry best practices to inform project solutions.
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of URBAN AESTHETIC INTERIORS' portfolio by delivering exceptional design work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0-3 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture, or a related creative field.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for aesthetics, showcasing residential or small commercial projects.
• Ability to assist in managing design projects from initial concept development through to final installation, working collaboratively within a small team.
• Fundamental understanding of design principles, color theory, material specifications, and furniture selection.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Demonstrated ability in Sketchup for 3D modeling, space visualization, and conceptual client presentations.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in 3Ds Max for rendering and producing high-quality visualizations.
• Strong aptitude for effective Space Planning, optimizing layouts for functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal.
• Excellent verbal and visual Communication Skills to clearly articulate design concepts and technical details.
