About This Role

  • Manage and optimize product listings, categories, and promotions on the WooCommerce/WordPress website
  • Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership
  • Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure timely campaign rollouts
  • Manage marketing calendars, sale events (e.g., seasonal discounts, "Flat 25% Off" campaigns), and promo code setups
  • Handle marketplace listings and coordination (Amazon, Flipkart, or similar, if applicable)
  • Monitor SEO health, keyword rankings, and on-page optimization for the website
  • Coordinate with vendors/agencies for ad creatives, influencer collaborations, and print/offline marketing if needed
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives (email funnels, retargeting, loyalty offers)
  • Maintain marketing budgets, invoices, and ROI tracking sheets
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends in the healthcare/medical equipment space

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Good understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with eCommerce or healthcare brands is a plus.
