Based onsite in Gorakhpur, this full-time role is pivotal in driving our IT initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in Full Stack development, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, alongside Python, to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using MERN technologies (React, Node.js). Implement robust backend services and APIs with Node.js and potentially Python. Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. What You'll Work On: Developing new features and modules for our core IT products. Building and optimizing APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python. Creating interactive and dynamic front-end components with React.js. Integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality. Refactoring and improving existing codebase for performance and maintainability. Contributing to the architectural design and technology choices for future projects.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience: Educational background in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, MCA). 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack. Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable web applications. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices. Experience working in a collaborative team environment, contributing to project success. Technical Skills: Full Stack Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work across both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Expert-level proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming and functional concepts. React.js: Strong experience in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Node.js & Express.js: Proficient in developing robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and the Express.js framework. MongoDB: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation framework, and Mongoose ORM. Python: Practical experience with Python for scripting, data processing, or backend service development. Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies). Testing: Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests for both front-end (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and back-end (e.g., Mocha, Chai) code. Professional Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small, agile team. Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project requirements. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
