Solution Architecture & Design
- Design endtoend SDLAN / Campus Fabric architectures for enterprise environments
- Define LAN, WLAN, campus backbone, segmentation, and resiliency models
- Develop HighLevel Designs (HLDs) and LowLevel Designs (LLDs)
- Architect intentbased, policydriven access and identitycentric networking
- Ensure alignment with performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements
SDLAN & Integrated Technologies
- Architect and integrate:
- SDLAN / Campus Fabric solutions
- Wired and Wireless Access Networks
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- SDWAN and branch connectivity
- Design seamless Campus–Branch–Data Center–Cloud network integration
- Support Zero Trust and microsegmentation strategies
Presales & Customer Engagement
- Partner with sales teams on RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and solution workshops
- Lead requirement discovery and architecture definition sessions with customers
- Present network designs, roadmaps, and value propositions to IT leadership
- Support BoQ/BOM creation, effort estimation, and solution costing
Delivery & Architectural Governance
- Act as design authority during transition, deployment, and rollout phases
- Validate implementation against approved architectures and standards
- Guide resolution of complex technical escalations during deployment
- Collaborate with operations teams to define support models, SLAs, and runbooks
Automation & Operations Enablement
- Embed network automation and standardization in design approaches
- Support integration with monitoring, analytics, and ITSM platforms
- Promote reusable architectures, templates, and best practices

- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise networking
- 3+ years in solution design / network architecture roles
- Experience working with large or global enterprise networks.
Technical Expertise
- Campus Networking: Switching, Routing, Wireless
- SDLAN / Fabric architectures (Cisco SDA / Aruba / Juniper or equivalent)
- Identity & Access: NAC, policybased segmentation
- WAN & SDWAN integration
- Network security fundamentals (segmentation, firewall integration)
- Basic exposure to network automation (Python / Ansible) preferred.
Platforms & Vendors
- Cisco (Catalyst, SDA, DNA Center)
- Aruba / Juniper or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Wireless controllers and analytics platforms
- Network management & monitoring tools
