Position: SEO Executive and Team Lead Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work from Office / On-site) Industry: Digital Marketing (Healthcare Focus – Non-Ecommerce) Client Base: Dentists & Dental Clinics in the U.S. Experience Required: 1-3 for Executive and 5+ Years for Team Lead with Team Handling Experience Call/ WhatsApp: 9163940049 Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of SEO Executives and Specialists. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, leads, and local visibility. Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Monitor and improve website performance, indexing, crawlability, and technical SEO aspects. Review and optimize on-page elements including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, heading structure, image optimization, and content strategy. Plan and oversee off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, citations, local listings, and authority-building campaigns. Manage Local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and local ranking strategies. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and other SEO tools. Utilize AI-powered SEO tools for content optimization, research, automation, and workflow improvement. Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and account managers to ensure successful campaign execution. Perform regular SEO reporting, performance analysis, and presentation of insights to management. Handle client communication when required and provide strategic recommendations. Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and SEO expertise. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in WordPress CMS, including content management, plugin handling, and basic troubleshooting. Solid understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO. Experience in handling multiple SEO projects and managing a team. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, etc. Knowledge of HTML, redirects, canonical tags, schema implementation, site architecture, and SEO best practices. Experience with AI-based SEO and content optimization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Familiarity with Canva, Photopea, or similar tools for basic promotional creatives is an added advantage.
