About the Role:

Tylect is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FullStack Developer with 4-7 years of expertise to join our engineering team in Jaipur. This critical contract role is designed to bolster our capacity to deliver cutting-edge IT solutions by leveraging your deep proficiency in MongoDB, Node.js, React.js, Javascript, and Python. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable architectures, solving complex technical challenges, and driving key projects from conception to deployment within our dynamic software development environment.

Role Overview:

As a Senior FullStack Developer at Tylect, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end development lifecycle of our innovative software products. Based onsite in Jaipur, this contract position within our Engineering Department requires a hands-on technical leader capable of contributing across the entire stack. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into high-quality code, ensuring architectural integrity, and fostering a culture of technical excellence within our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Javascript, and Python.
• Lead architectural design efforts for new features and systems, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React.js, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring code quality through reviews and team management.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

What You'll Work On:

• Building new, complex features and modules from scratch for our core software products.
• Refactoring and optimizing existing codebase to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Designing and implementing microservices architectures to support evolving business needs.
• Developing and maintaining efficient database structures and queries in MongoDB.
• Creating interactive and dynamic frontend components and user experiences.
• Participating in strategic technical discussions and contributing to the overall product roadmap.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with a significant focus on modern web technologies.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications from initial concept through to production.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, contribute significantly to architectural decisions, and drive project execution within a small, agile team environment.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Technical Skills:

• MongoDB: Expert-level proficiency in NoSQL database design, query optimization, and data modeling for high-performance and scalable applications.
• Architectural Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and maintainable system architectures (e.g., microservices, API design, data flow).
• Node.js: Advanced expertise in building robust, high-performance backend APIs and services, including asynchronous programming and server-side logic.
• React.js: Senior-level proficiency in developing complex, responsive, and user-friendly single-page applications with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) across both front-end and back-end development.
• Python: Solid experience in leveraging Python for backend services, scripting, data processing, or automation tasks.
• Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead small development efforts, mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and foster collaborative team practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
