Senior HR Executive

Job Description – HR Executive Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Jaipur (Work From Office) Industry Preference: Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, recruitment, payroll coordination, and building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. ● Handle hiring for roles such as Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing, E-commerce, Sales, and other business functions. ● Coordinate monthly payroll by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data. ● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies. ● Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, celebrations, and cultural events. ● Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee feedback processes. ● Handle employee grievances and provide HR support to ensure a healthy work environment. ● Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. ● Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and maintain a positive organizational culture. ● Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines. Required Skills ● Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition. ● Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. ● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements. Qualifications ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of HR experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory. Preferred Candidate ● Experience hiring for Digital Marketing and E-commerce roles. ● Strong understanding of employee engagement and workplace culture. ● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR operations independently.
