If you have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent written communication skills in English, and a talent for creative writing, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your expertise in Instagram marketing will be a valuable asset to our team as we strive to reach a wider audience and engage with our customers in innovative ways. Please Note : This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be joining the core team and working with founders as well as the board directly. A transient role, we are looking for someone with high energy & hunger to grow with us and propel their career in Edtech & Skill-tech.

Key responsibilities areas are mentioned below - 

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
• Create engaging and high-quality content across platforms, especially Instagram. 
• Plan, write, and publish reels, posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with the brand voice. 
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to improve content strategy. 
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful campaigns. 
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and interactions professionally. 
• Continuously experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and content ideas.

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, reels, and content creation. 
• Strong written communication and creative storytelling skills in English. 
• A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys experimenting with ideas.

• Current Compensation - ESOP's (Stock Options) + 3 - 3.6 LPA (Fixed). 
• Your next Appraisal will be in a really short period considering this is a core team position we are hiring for. (4-10 Months)
